Information we collect

When you submit the contact form on this site, we collect the information you provide directly: your name, email address, company (optional), and message. We also read your IP address at the time of submission, used only to rate-limit spam — it is not stored in a database or linked to your submission afterward.

We use Vercel Analytics to understand traffic to this site — page views and general visitor counts. It's cookieless and doesn't track you across other sites or build an individual profile of you; we only see aggregated, anonymized numbers. We don't use advertising trackers or any other analytics scripts.

How we use it

Contact form submissions are used solely to respond to your inquiry — to understand what you're building and follow up about a potential project. We don't use this information for marketing, and we don't sell or rent it to third parties.

Third-party services

Contact form emails are delivered via Resend, our email provider — your name, email, and message pass through their systems solely to deliver the email to us. This site is hosted on Vercel, which also provides the cookieless analytics described above. All three process data on our behalf and maintain their own privacy and security practices.

Data retention

We keep contact form submissions only as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain a record of the conversation. You can request deletion at any time — see below.

Your rights

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete any personal information we hold about you by emailing hello@varnetic.com. We'll respond within a reasonable time.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for businesses and professionals. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
